WDI
Wood-destroying insects and other organisms can significantly damage a home's structural wood components and often remain unnoticed for extended periods. Subterranean termites are the most destructive wood-infesting insects. We provide WDI reports to realtors.

Mold
Molds are a natural part of the environment. Outside, they help decompose organic material like fallen leaves and dead trees. However, mold growth indoors should be prevented. It's important to consider proper inspection, potential health risks, and effective prevention measures.

Septic
Septic systems manage and treat small amounts of wastewater from individual homes or small properties, but their performance depends on proper care. As a homeowner, you're responsible for keeping your system in good working order. Regular inspection and maintenance not only help prevent costly system failures—they also protect your health, your property, and your investment in your home.

Lead
Lead exposure is extremely dangerous—especially for young children and unborn babies. Even small amounts can cause serious, lifelong health problems. Lead can enter the body through inhalation or ingestion of contaminated dust. Improper removal of lead-based paint can actually increase the risk to your family. That’s why professional inspection and safe removal are critical steps in protecting your health and your home.

Pre-Listing
Sellers can have a pre-listing done to ensure they know what to expect buyers will see when they have an inspection done on their home. With a Pre-Listing inspection sellers can list their homes at a realistic price, fix needed repairs, and reduce your liability.

Commercial
The guidelines for constructing a new commercial building—or adding to an existing one—can be complex and demanding. That’s why it’s critical to never purchase a commercial property without a thorough inspection. An expert evaluation can help you avoid costly surprises and ensure your investment is sound.

New Construction
Think a brand-new home is free of defects? Think again. Newly constructed homes—untested by time—can often have more hidden issues than older ones. That’s why a thorough inspection is essential. Under most builder warranties, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to identify problems early, so they can be addressed before the warranty expires.

Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging, also known as infrared camera inspection, offers powerful insight into hidden issues within homes and buildings. It can detect moisture intrusion, energy loss, roof leaks, electrical overloads, and even signs of wood-destroying organisms—problems that are often invisible to the naked eye. This advanced technology is a valuable tool for identifying issues early and protecting your investment.

Chimney
Chimney inspection is essential for ensuring proper ventilation during use and avoiding emergencies.

Pools and Spas
If your home includes a pool, spa, or hot tub, it’s essential to have it professionally inspected to ensure there are no leaks, structural issues, or safety hazards. Understanding the condition of your pool system not only helps prevent costly repairs but also ensures it stays safe, functional, and well-maintained for years to come.

Sewer Line
Damaged, misaligned, bellied, or root-intruded sewer lines are a leading cause of sewage backups in homes and commercial buildings. These backups can result in thousands of dollars in property damage and disrupt business operations. Sewer line inspections use advanced equipment—including color video cameras with LCD screens, DVD, and SD recording capabilities—specifically designed to detect issues and precisely locate problem areas. Investing in a sewer inspection can help you avoid costly surprises and protect your property.

MoveInCertified
MoveInCertified homes have been pre-inspected by InterNACHI certified inspectors and the sellers confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement and no known safety hazards.

Four-Point Inspections
Many homeowner insurance companies require a Four-Point Inspection before issuing or renewing a policy. This inspection focuses on the four key systems of a home: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing. The report provides a detailed overview of each system’s condition and estimated age, helping insurers assess risk and coverage eligibility.

Mobile Home Inspector
Your mobile or manufactured home will be inspected for defects that are specific to those types of structures, including fire safety issures, and the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, as well as the home’s body, frame, and foundation requirements. It will also be checked for affixed seals that certify that the home was built in compliance with U.S federal housing codes.

Zip Level
A Zip Level, also called a high-precision altimeter, is an instrument used to measure changes in elevation. It operates using a sealed, bubble-free system with a proprietary liquid-filled cord to detect vertical differences. We use the Zip Level to accurately determine elevation variations with high precision.

Sewer Camera
A sewer camera, also known as a drain or plumbing camera, is a specialized tool used to visually inspect the interior of sewer and drain pipes. It features a small, waterproof camera mounted on a flexible cable that can navigate through the piping system. This technology enables plumbers and technicians to detect issues such as blockages, cracks, root intrusions, and other damage. Secure Home Inspections uses sewer camera technology to accurately identify problems within sewer lines
